Encyclopaedic Carousel of the Great Truths of Modern Life
Typeface : Right when i saw the font i knew it was something i already seen, or at least something very similar, so i just put an image in Illustrator and put the text right above it and start browsing through my font library and put a filter for only sans serif.
But we can see that it's not the exact same font on the "g".
The typeface used is a very good choice in my opinion since it's not a typographic work who needs to have a very stylized aesthetic and benefit from a neutral sans serif that do not distract us from the content. A bit like a crystal goblet font.
One of the main thing i remember thinking at the time when i was holding the slides was how well made they were and not hand crafted. It really benefit from the "perfection" of the manufactured aspect that we feel and see while looking at it. Handmade is not always better, sometimes it's a good option but for my style and ideas, i'll try to go more towards manufacturer and machine made objects since my concepts and visuals are usually more suited for those techniques that gives a "perfect" and very polished look.
