Tyler The Creator Interview GQ Magazine

This is an article from GQ Style magazine and the font is a sans serif. Although I was unable to find the font name, it looks similar to Arial. This is an interview with Tyler the Creator in GQ Style talking about his process, past and purpose as an artist. The questions from the interviewer are in bold and stand out of line with the text of Tyler's responses allowing for the reader to easily differentiate between the two.
It is a lengthy interview and this is just one page of it, however, all pages of the interview are formatted the same. It is a simple wide two column structured grid, which is very simple for the reader to follow and is not distracting. The bolded quote in the top right corner draws attention to itself without being too distracting to the rest of the text on the page. I can appreciate the simplicity of the page, however, I personally do not find it I aesthetically pleasing with all the indentations of the text. I think the page could benefit from an image to break up the large amount of text and to add some colour to the page. The margins are a fitting and comfortable size for reading and do not cause the page to feel too squished. Overall I think that the page layout and the grid fulfills it's purpose and provides an easy read, although I think that they could have taken it farther and made it more interesting especially considering GQ as a unique magazine with contemporary content.
