This book cover of Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury is about as warm as it can get in February. The typeface is Bodoni Antiqua, a classic serif font with a black outline set on a fiery red background. This novel is a timeless classic, part of most high school's curriculum making its audience very widespread. The use of Bodoni on this book cover and the resemblance of a firefighters colours helps enhance Bradbury's message very clearly in this cover design. This book furthers my understanding of the relationship between type choice, colour and composition.
