This sign broke my heart.
I took this photo on my phone about 3 years ago and this store front has never left my memory since...
A serif, Times New Roman-esque font that writes, "We restore anything... except broken hearts" in both French and English. As if this is not cringe-y enough, on the window under the store front sign is another text, "FIX IT" which is spelt out using restoration tools. The 'FIX IT' sign at least attempts to be creative (yet cliche) with the typeface, while the other is simply unprofessional and lazy. The sole thing that saves the type is the content. Their use of humour makes the sign memorable, however I am not even sure if that was done purposefully.
