Geography book Grid

This Geography book titled "Geographie, Sociétés et développement durable" and published by Hatier, is one of the books I used in my last year of highschool. It goes through basic knowledge of the world around us more speficially the environemntal and political changes that have been happening recently. More importantly I found a grid system in this book that I found interesting. The pictures and their legends are organized so that they are placed right next to each other. This creates a sense of simplicity and order among the chaos of information that is displayed. This grid is maintained throughout most of the pages maintaining the flow of the book, and helping the students understand things more clearly.

I truly enjoyed this simplistic grid system and will most likely take inspiration from it when trying to employ one for my book project and future typographic ones as well.
