     The typeface used seemed to be Times New Roman however it was not specified in the actual book. But it definitely is a serif font. 

     The book Animal Farm by George Orwell was originally published in 1945, however, the printing of this version of the book was published in 2008. Animal Farm is definitely an English literature classic which is often read in High School but the audience is for a wide range of people. The book is a satire front he animals point of view and how they are being mistreated. 

     The pages are nicely laid out and minimal which makes it very easy to read. Leaving the perfect amount of thumb space on the outside margins. Also keeping the title and page numbers very simple. 

     The typeface used, layout and sizing of the pages will help me make my work by keeping to the basics and focusing on legibility and simplicity.
